Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between td7779 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the td7779 platform, available at https://td7779.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

td7779 is an online gambling information and gaming platform. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports markets and related gambling content targeted primarily at adult users in Pakistan. All content is published in English.

td7779 does not hold or claim any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable local laws may restrict or prohibit gambling in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and td7779 is not in a position to advise Users on their legal obligations.

Clause 2

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the td7779 website, mobile application, software and all associated services.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account held on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or similar incentives credited to an Account under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required before withdrawals and certain account actions may be processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available to Users.
• "Content" means all text, images, data, odds, graphics, audio-visual material and software available on the Platform.

Clause 3

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on td7779 or by using any part of the Platform (including browsing, depositing funds or placing a bet), you conclusively agree to these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Clause 4

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Platform. If you are under the required minimum age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using td7779 in any capacity.

td7779 takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is underage, we reserve the right to suspend the Account, withhold any Balance pending verification, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using td7779 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. td7779 does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.4 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points of interaction with the Platform. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Clause 5

Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form with your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or phone number, and a secure password. You confirm that all details provided are accurate and up to date.

5.2 KYC Verification

td7779 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity and address — for example, a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked. Timelines for KYC review vary and are at the operator's discretion.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. td7779 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the td7779 support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text only — do not send sensitive credentials by email).

Clause 6

Deposits & Payments

Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to the operator's agreements and may change without notice. The mention of familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on this Platform is for contextual reference only. td7779 does not claim that any of these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions.

6.1 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. Amounts are denominated in PKR where supported by the operator.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. td7779 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank compliance checks or technical issues outside our control.

6.3 Currency

Where the Platform supports PKR denomination, your Account balance and transactions will be displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

Clause 7

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of real-money funds are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) the payment method being available in the cashier; and (d) compliance with any minimum withdrawal thresholds displayed at the time of the request.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, operator review cycles, compliance checks and the policies of the receiving bank or wallet provider. td7779 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe. Users should not rely on withdrawal timing for any financial obligation outside the Platform.

7.3 Verification for Withdrawals

td7779 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds documentation for larger amounts. This is a standard AML/KYC requirement and is not specific to individual Users.

7.4 Refused Withdrawals

td7779 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Any refused withdrawal will be communicated to the User with a reason where permitted by applicable law.

Clause 8

Bonuses & Promotions

td7779 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the absence of specific terms, the following general principles apply.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "x30" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). The applicable multiplier and any game contribution weightings are stated in the specific promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Validity

Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or coordinated multi-account activity, constitutes bonus abuse. td7779 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close Accounts where abuse is detected.

8.4 Illustrative Promotional Figures

Any PKR-denominated promotional figures shown on the Platform (e.g., "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus", "PKR 1,000 referral credit") are illustrative examples only unless confirmed in an active promotion notice. No bonus is guaranteed without a current, active promotional offer.

Clause 9

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by the Platform. td7779 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at any time at its sole discretion, including where system errors, manifest odds errors or suspected abuse are identified.

9.2 Odds Errors

Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (manifestly incorrect pricing due to technical error), td7779 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

9.3 Results and Settlements

Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For cricket, the official result is that declared by the umpires or match referee in accordance with the Laws of Cricket and the relevant tournament regulations. td7779's decision on settlement disputes is final, subject to a formal review process where requested within 48 hours of settlement.

9.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time odds. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that odds are correct at the point of bet placement. Live odds on cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan series — refresh in real time; delays in internet connectivity may result in bets being placed at different odds than those displayed.

Clause 10

Responsible Gambling

td7779 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertainment activity and must never be used as a means to generate income or to address financial difficulty.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Users. Access to these tools is never restricted or hidden:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to restrict the amount you can add to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and prevent re-registration for a specified minimum period.

Clause 11

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td7779 platform:

• Registering more than one Account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under the required minimum age.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism or any other financial crime.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other non-human tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or manifest odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Conducting matched betting, arbitrage betting or other systematic bonus-exploitation strategies.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, where your access would be unlawful.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account Balances (including any pending withdrawals), permanent exclusion and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Clause 12

Intellectual Property

All Content on the td7779 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data feeds, software code and design elements — is the property of td7779 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of td7779.

The td7779 name and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

Clause 13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td7779 and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Financial loss arising from decisions made based on information published on the Platform.
• Loss arising from delay or failure in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues.
• Any legal consequence you suffer as a result of using the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Clause 14

Account Termination & Closure

14.1 Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting td7779 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and processing procedures.

14.2 Closure by td7779

td7779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) there is suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; (c) the User requests self-exclusion; or (d) continued operation of the Account would expose td7779 or its licensors to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited. Real-money Balances are handled in accordance with Clause 14.1 above, subject to any applicable KYC hold or investigation period.

Clause 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's licence jurisdiction. Users are reminded that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may apply to their own conduct and that td7779 does not make any representation as to the legality of gambling under Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Account decisions or these Terms, Users should first contact the td7779 support team in writing at [email protected]. td7779 will endeavour to respond to formal disputes within 10 business days.

Clause 16

Amendments to These Terms

td7779 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory requirement.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates the currently operative version of these Terms.
